What is your processing time?

Most orders ship next day. Larger orders may require 2-4 days for processing. 

How can I return my order?

Please contact KMR Displays before returning the item to us. Once approved, you will be refunded the full amount minus any return shipping charges to your original payment method once we have received the item. KMR Displays is not responsible for return shipping charges. The window for returns is 14 days after the delivery date. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We do offer wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing begins at 5+ units. Please contact us for wholesale information.

Do you make custom displays?

Our design team will be happy to create a custom display that highlights your product and brand. Design fees do apply and there is a minimum order of 25 displays for any custom display. Please email us to get started!

Where do I send my logo for the customization option?

Before you add a product to your cart, there is an option to upload your logo directly through our website. Alternatively, you can email your logo to displays@kmrwoodworks.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

How can I get replacement parts?

Unfortunately, accidents happen, and shelves get damaged. No worries! We offer free parts for life. Please email us with the size and model of your display along with the number of replacement shelves or shelf parts you need.
